SPIRAL WOUND NF EQUIPMENT

The molecular weight cutoff ranges from 200 to 1,000 Delton up to over 90% of NaCl rejection, it is especially suitable for desalination, reduction of monosaccharide and concentration processes. The continuous NF membrane system operation with feed coming in and concentrate going out simultaneously and continuously, realizing a 24 hours non-stop operation, enhances the efficiency of equipments and also increases the product yield by recycling high-concentration permeate internally.

Suntar has provided over 200 clients at home and abroad with more than 400 spiral wound NF membrane equipments with a total membrane area up to 200,000m2. Suntar occupies more than 90% of the market share in dyestuff industry, and most of the pharmaceutical companies in China are our clients.

Principal Features
High packing density of the modules and a low manufacturing cost for the specific membrane area.
 Thin film composite(TFC) structure.
In contrast to RO membrane, NF membrane shows a much higher permeate flux even under high salinity and low pressure conditions

Application Fields
Pharmaceutical (desalting and concentration of antibiotics eluate and vitamins)
Dyestuff (desalting and concentration, which replaces the salt-out and acid-out processes)
Amino acids (decolorization, impurities removal, concentration, desalting)
Foodstuff (separation and purification of oligosaccharides and starch sugars, concentration of juice, extraction of plants)
Recovery of Mother Liquor (impurities removal from crystallization mother liquor of monosodium glutamate and glucose)
Water Treatment (printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, municipal wastewater reclamation, ultrapure water preparation)
Acid and Alkali Recovery (acid and alkali wastewater in pharmaceutical and chemical fiber industries)
